In this country, it is often necessary to be well known for people to be interested in what you have to offer.  Across the pond, they actively seek out the new. This means that, as a new author living in the UK, a knowledge of good marketing is essential.

And there you have me; although we have a steady trickle of sales through Amazon, building up some sort of momentum and getting Akea into places like WHSmiths is proving a daunting task.
